Sails is a multi award winning restaurant which offers a quality dining experience. For the past 10 years, executive chef Paul Leete’s passion for seafood, which dominates his seasonal Modern Australian menu, has been quietly gaining a reputation and gathering awards.
Along with our ‘Restaurant Wine List’, we also offer an extensive ‘Cellar List’. Sails houses the largest selection of climate controlled wines on the Sunshine Coast with two purpose built working cellars and a maturation cellar. The indulgent selection spans a broad range of prices, styles and rarity from $26 to many thousands.
Our private cellar dining room ‘Rumba’ is available for intimate group dining, (maximum 40 guests seated). |
